1Addresses & Documents

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses — including wrong directional prefixes (N, S, E, W), wrong apartment or unit numbers, wrong city, or wrong ZIP code — or for missing, incomplete, or incorrect documents.

Please verify before submitting that you have provided every document required for service and the correct, complete address of the party to be served.

If we must attempt at a different address, a different unit number, or re-serve at the same address because documents were missing or incorrect after service was completed, additional fees apply.

2Attempts Are Scoped To One Address

Service includes up to three (3) attempts at one (1) address. Three attempts is the complete contracted service.

Attempting service at a different or alternate address is billed as a separate service and includes its own three attempts.

3Timing By Service Level

LevelFirst attemptThereafter
StandardWithin 3 business daysEvery 3 business days
Two-Day RushWithin 2 business daysEvery 2 business days
RushWithin 1 business dayEvery 2 business days
Same-DaySame dayEvery business day
Standard EvictionWithin 2 business days

Timing runs from when both payment and documents have been received. Rush and Same-Day service have a 6:00 PM Arizona deadline for next-business-day service.

Attempts continue until service is completed or the three attempts are exhausted. Scheduled attempts may be delayed by weather, scheduling conflicts, the location of the service address, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4Appointments

  • Standard: 3 business days' notice · Rush: 1 business day · Same-Day: call or text for availability
  • 30 minutes of wait time included. Additional wait billed at $75 per hour
  • We arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time
  • An $80 appointment fee is included in the rate, charged per appointment

5Proof Of Service

  • The original affidavit is filed with the Arizona court at no additional cost
  • For out-of-state cases, the original is mailed to you and filing is your responsibility
  • A copy is emailed to you
  • Bring your copy to your hearing

6Attempt Updates

Email updates are sent immediately after each attempt, including GPS-verified time and location and a description of what occurred.

7Payment

  • Consumers and self-represented parties: full prepayment required
  • Established business clients: invoiced after service, net-15
  • New or unverified business clients: prepay the first three jobs, then convert to net-15
  • All invoices are issued through Stripe
  • Print fee of $0.25 per page applies to documents over 30 pages

8Refunds

  • No refund once at least one attempt has been made. You are paying for attempts, not a guaranteed outcome
  • Cancelled before any attempt but after documents were printed: printing fees of $0.25 per page are deducted from the refund
  • Cancelled before printing and before any attempt: full refund

9Service Guarantee

The 100% money-back guarantee applies to the turnaround time of the service level you selected. If we miss the timeframe you paid for, that service is free.

It does not guarantee that the recipient can be located or served. Whether someone is home, still lives at the address, or accepts service is outside our control.

10Service Limitations

We do not serve:

  • Injunctions against harassment or orders of protection
  • Writs of execution — Arizona law requires a sheriff or constable
  • Documents on tribal land without prior authorization from the tribal authority

Subpoenas must be served personally on the named individual and cannot be left with anyone else.

11Who May Accept Service

Except where a judge has ordered personal service, documents may generally be left with a person of suitable age and discretion who resides at the same address as the party being served.

This does not apply to subpoenas, orders of protection, or injunctions against harassment, which require personal service. If the presiding judge has ordered personal service, that order controls.

12Evasion Of Service

If a party appears to be avoiding service, you may petition the court for alternative service — posting on the door, placing on a vehicle, or mailing. That motion is filed by you or your attorney; we provide the attempt record supporting it.
